In-Store Pickup: Your package will be ready for pickup within 1 hour at your selected store. Please note that your order will be held for pickup only on the same day it was placed. If you're sending a courier, ensure the order is fully paid for and that they have your email confirmation to collect the package.

Orders with Express Delivery are delivered daily between 10 AM and 10 PM. To ensure same-day delivery, please make sure your order is paid by 10 PM.

Yes, we do! If you choose Express Delivery in the checkout, you’ll receive your package within 1 hour of completing payment. A tracking link will also be sent to your email, allowing you to follow your order in real time.
Cash on delivery is not available for our express delivery service. However, you can make a cash payment at any 7/11 store, and they will transfer the payment to us. The free delivery option typically takes approximately 1–3 business days. Once we receive the tracking number from the local courier, we’ll send you an email with the tracking details.
